    1. I’ll go through your home with you and suggest ways to leave the best first impression with buyers.
    2. I’ll list your home on the M.L.S. system to give maximum exposure.
    3. I’ll install a sign on your lawn and directional arrows immediately.
    4. I’ll enter your home into my personal computer to track all activity.
    5. I’ll service your home with a set of keys and a lock box if applicable.
    6. I’ll get the CoastCapital Realtors through your home.
    7. I’ll have an M.L.S. open house on the first available day to get the other Companies salespeople through.
    8. I’ll promote your home with CoastCapital and other Realtors on a consistent basis.
    9. I’ll send a letter and highlight information to all Realtors of all companies with listings in your area.
    10. I’ll send a "Do you have a Buyer for this home?" flyer to the top Realtors in Victoria.
    11. I’ll make highlight cards to point out the not so noticeable good features of your home.
    12. I’ll make highlight sheets to give to prospective buyers to help them remember the good features.
    13. I’ll advertise your home in the Real Estate Victoria, Home Finders and the Times Colonist newspapers.
    14. I’ll send "Do you know a buyer for this home" flyer to your neighborhood to find new or step up purchasers.
    15. I’ll hold an open house to promote your home to the public (optional).
    16. I’ll send a copy of your highlight sheet to over 1000 affiliated Realtors across Canada on my monthly referral network.
    17. I’ll pre-qualify all prospective buyers, where possible, giving them financing information and contacts. This way, if they are not qualified we won't need to bother you.
    18. I’ll follow up on all showings with other Realtors.
    19. I’ll keep in touch with you as to sales progress on a weekly basis.
    20. I’ll update you on any changes in the market and advise you of the effects on the sale of your property.
    21. I’ll present and negotiate all offers trying to get you the most money and the best terms possible.
    22. I'll supply a list of competent lawyers to both you and the purchaser, if needed.
    23. I’ll have letters of instructions and offer sent to the lawyers on both sides and follow up until closing for a trouble-free sale for you.
    24. I’ll put the "SOLD" topper on your sign, and then have it taken down at the appropriate time.
    25. I’ll deliver keys to the new purchaser after release is authorized by your lawyer.
    26. I’ll send "JUST SOLD" cards to your neighborhood.
    27. Any other services that is required during the sale of your home.
